The UC Davis Brewing Program utilizes two facilities on the UC Davis campus. Each facility contributes to our goals of pursuing
teaching, research, and Industry outreach. The Anheuser Busch InBev Pilot Brewery has brewhouses and a wide range of options
for cold side activities for students and researchers. It is also where product development and troubleshooting for industry
members takes place. The Sierra Nevada Brewing and Food Science Laboratory also has a wide range of equipment options for
students and researchers to conduct experiments as well as help industry members.
